2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2024.

5. From the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that the victim girl had left her house on her own.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53880 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024.

8. This application stands allowed.
