ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 06.08.2018 in connection with Special Case No.7270 of 2018 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.397 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) (D) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were made from the joint occupation of the house of the petitioners and the petitioners have nothing to do with the alleged recoveries. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

No.57827 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Spl. Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.7270 of 2018 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.397 of 2018.
