One pistol containing two live cartridges and mobile phone are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and some others had assembled near the crematorium to take ransom amount of a kidnapping case. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation, co-accused Kismat Kumar @ Bandhan has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni
