2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to accept the technical and financial bid of the petitioner which has been rejected by the respondent no. 3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the relevant agreement contemplated a period of four months for completion of the work, which has already elapsed.

4. In that view of the matter, the prayer in the writ petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time and no positive relied can be granted at this belated stage.

5. The application is accordingly dismissed as
