The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Muzaffarpur P.S.Case No.503 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering that several other co-accused having more or less similar allegation have already been granted pre-

No.60044 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 arrest bail by different orders passed by different Benches of this Court as contained in Annexure-2 series, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No.503 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
