Petitioner seeks bail in Sakri P.S. Case No.81 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner and co-accused, Binod Ram, were apprehended with motorcycle. They could not produce any paper.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that they have been arrested merely on suspicion. There is no case lodged by owner of the motorcycle with regard to theft of the aforesaid motorcycle.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2019 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No.81 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
