23-11-2016 Heard Sri Vibhakar Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is lady and is in custody since 18-07-2016, has prayed for grant of bail in Banka P.S. Case No. 601 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 47(A), 53(B), 57, 60 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is an old lady and she was falsely implicated in this case showing recovery of 7 bottles of English wine namely Royal Stag containing 375 ml. each.
