2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 100 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 364A of the IPC.

3. As per FIR, on 06.02.2024, the daughter of the informant went to market, but she didn't return. Further, on 08.02.2024, a call was made by mobile no. 8088357095 demanding a ransom of Rs. 5 lakh for release of his daughter otherwise, his daughter would be killed.

He has submitted further that the victim had love and affection with the petitioner. She went with the petitioner as per her own sweet will and she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner. The petitioner is under custody since 10.03.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-XIV, District- Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 100 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
