JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2018 Admittedly, in the present case the petitioner has a right to appeal against the order dated 09.08.2017 passed by the respondent Sub Divisional Officer, Bhagalpur Sadar.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal within a period of two weeks' from today and in case an appeal is filed within a period of two weeks' from today, the appellate authority shall examine the case of the petitioner on merits and dispose off the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.
