2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120(b), 376, 313 and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of dowry demand from the petitioner and his family members before marriage from the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and petitioner has been dragged in the present case because she is

He next submits that from perusal of the FIR, it reveals that petitioner did not receive any money nor she has played any role in the present occurrence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 16.04.2024.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that petitioner is an old lady and also the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 118 of 2024.
