The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that on account of land dispute the accused persons entered into the house of the informant and assaulted him.

There is direct allegation against Ramanand Paswan. There is no direct allegation against the petitioners. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let
