JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B) A/35 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have participated in the alleged crime, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22586 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
