The sole petitioner who is in custody since 16.8.2016 in Amour P.S. Case No. 142 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 420, 409, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner being In -charge Headmaster of a school has falsely been implicated as per instance of the Block Education Officer against whom earlier he had made complaint regarding demand of illegal gratification. It has been indicated in paragraph no. 8 of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43027 of 2016 (2) dt.19-10-2016 2/2 petition that petitioner is a retired Army personnel and after taking voluntary retirement he was appointed as Assistant Teacher and on false accusation the petitioner was made accused. Besides hearing, I have also perused the materials available on record. Keeping in view the nature of accusation and the fact that petitioner is an Ex -Army personnel, let the petitioner Bijendar Kumar Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VIth, Purnea / concerned court in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 142 of 2015.
