2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties that Annexure A dated 28.07.2018 bearing Memo No 1592 issued by the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Katihar ensures compliance of the order dated 12.07.2011 passed in CWJC No 3536 of 1999.
3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till
Patna High Court MJC No.302 of 2017 dt.09-08-2018 2/2 date, the monetary benefits have not been made available to the petitioner.
4 Since the monetary benefits are the consequence of the order dated 28.07.2018, Opposite Parties would be well advised to ensure that the same are made available to the petitioner within four weeks from today failing which they shall be liable to be proceeded for contempt.
