This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26404 of 2022 by this Court by which the petitioner has been granted bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail vide order dated 22.08.2022 with certain conditions including condition no. (i) that one of the bailors will be the person, who has sworn the affidavit in the case. Learned counsel further submits that vide order dated 22.08.2022, two bail applications were allowed with common order and conditions in both the cases are the same and the deponent of both the cases is also the same and he has no other
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47357 of 2022(2) dt.06-09-2022 2/2 property in his name except a motorcycle. The deponent has already stood as surety for his father Jai Prakash Mehta, one of the accused persons.
For the reasons stated in this petition, the order dated 22.08.2022 is modified to the extent only that one of the bailors of this petitioner will be his family members/close relative. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of. (Arun Kumar Jha, J) V.K.Pandey/- U T
