The petitioner, who retired from the post of Assistant Teacher on 30.09.2022 from S.S.V.K. Sanskrit High School, Buxar, has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to make payment of arrears of differential amount of salary in the revised pay scale under 5th, 6th and 7th pay revision.

2. The petitioner contends that his case is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 13.08.2019, passed in L.P.A. No. 43 of 2016. The petitioner further contends that bringing it to the notice of the respondent no.4, the District Education Officer, Buxar that his case is covered by the judgment of of this Court dated 13.08.2019, passed in L.P.A. No. 43 of 2016, he has

Patna High Court CWJC No.11339 of 2024 dt.01-08-2024 2/2 submitted a representation on 15.06.2022 (Annexure-P/6) to the respondent no.4, the District Education Officer, Buxar, but the respondent no.4 has not considered his representation.

Under the circumstances, in the light of the above contentions raised by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4, the District Education Officer, Buxar to consider the representation of the petitioner submitted on 15.06.2022, and dispose of the same by a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of one month from today.

4. Learned counsel representing the respondent-State undertakes to inform the respondent no.4 regarding the order passed today in this writ petition to enable the respondent no.4 to comply with the order.

5. With the above observation, the present writ application is disposed of.
