The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that the petitioner and Kare Singh made false allegation of knocking them by his vehicle and assaulted him. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with bricks and sticks. It is submitted that Anjay Singh @ Sadhu Singh is the informant of Sahebpur Kama P.S. Case No. 221 of 2014 in which he alleged that the informant of the present case dashed him and others and also assaulted them with iron rod. The informant himself got injuries on his nose from the steering of the vehicle as the vehicle met with an accident. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14937 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deopriya Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 222 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
