2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023 dated 12.05.2023, lodged under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice vide order dated 11.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64541 of 2023 in which liberty was granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge and vide order dated 19.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13843 of 2024 in which the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that in the report, it has been mentioned that trial is likely to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54503 of 2024(3) dt.13-09-2024 2/2 concluded within three months. Counsel submits that three months have already been lapsed, but trial has not been concluded. Counsel further submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 13.05.2023.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

It transpires to this Court that no purpose shall be solved keeping the petitioner in custody as he is in custody since 13.05.2023, and as such, considering the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 437(3) Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U T
