The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the grand son of the informant namely Rahul had gone in the company of co accused Anil Singh Yadav on his motorcycle on assurance that they will return soon. Subsequently, the villagers brought Rahul with serious burn injury. Rahul made statement that after pouring kerosene oil he was set on fire by the accused persons including the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14625 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case. Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 109 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
