The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rustampur O.P. Case No. C2A-38 of 2019 (CNRBRUA010058442019) registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016..

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal history.
