Patna High Court CWJC No.766 of 2017 dt.14-09-2018 2/2 encroachment, for which the final order has been passed in the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2014-15. Mr. Rishi Raj Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State, more particularly the Circle Officer, Sikta has stated at the bar under the instructions from the Circle Officer, Sikta that the final order dated 18.12.2014 passed by the Circle Officer, Sikta in Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2014-15 shall be complied with within a period of three weeks from today.

The concerned Circle Officer is directed to act as above.

With this observation, the present petition is disposed of.
