Patna High Court CWJC No.18261 of 2021(2) dt.28-02-2024 2/2 present writ petition be disposed off as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the other writ petition. 2.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, it is clarified that the withdrawal of the present writ petition shall not prejudice the right of the petitioner to prosecute the other writ petition, filed by him, i.e. the one bearing CWJC No. 18543 of 2021.
