This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

One hundred and fifty grams of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner in different small quantity. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30.08.2016 and the recovered quantity was small quantity.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with G.O. Case No. 16 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge I-cum-Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Darbhanga, or successor Court.
