2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sasaram P.S. Case No. 275 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 153A, 341, 342, 323, 337, 338, 353, 307, 427, 435, 436, 504, 505, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.04.2023.

4. Petitioner is member of mob who have participated in fighting between two communities on the eve of Rama Nawami.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54646 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram P.S. Case No. 275 of 2023.

6. The petitioner will visit Sasaram Town Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
