2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 583 of 2023 dated 31.10.2023 registered for the offence/s punishable u/ss 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant was constructing ladder in front of his house, in the meantime, the petitioners came and started abusing. Thereafter, the petitioner assaulted the informant with knife on his neck due to that he fell down and became

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The other co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 20.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30265/2024 The injury of the informant is stated be simple in nature. There is no repetition of blow. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner by submitting that the specific allegation of inflicting knife blow is against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Rohtas at
