Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 6.11.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 44719 of 2017 and allegation against the petitioner is of causing death of his father.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner and he is in custody for more than one year and co-accused persons have been granted bail/anticipatory bail vide order dated 1.2.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 4131 of 2018, vide order dated 6.7.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 31284 of 2018 and vide order dated 10.5.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 28515 of 2018, as contained in Annexures 3, 4 and 5 to the petition.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 118 of 2018, arising out of Semra P.S.Case No. 68 of 2017, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and petitioner has to co-operate in disposal of trial and appear in court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
