JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 05-09-2018 The main grievance, which is voiced in the present petition, is that despite the complaint made by the petitioner against the private respondents herein and though some proceedings were initiated in the year 2015, no further steps are taken thereafter on the notice issued by the Corporation which is Annexure-2 to the petition.
Learned counsel appearing for the Corporation is not in a position to assist the Court and tell whether any further steps are taken on the notice dated 27.06.2015, which is Annexure-2 to the petition.
