The petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2022 in connection with Garkha Police Station Case No. 503 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 379, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a / 26 / 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as recovery, the present application for grant of bail is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, after completion of six months in custody, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha
