Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has been filed only to give direction to the court below to dispose of the interim petition filed on behalf of the petitioner on 20.02.2015. It has also been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no order up till now has been passed on the said petition.
In view of the aforesaid submission and stand taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the court below to pass appropriate order in accordance with law on the petition dated 20.2.2015 said to have been filed on behalf of the petitioner which is said to have been still pending. It is made clear that
Patna High Court CWJC No.7490 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 this court has not gone into the merit of the case, and the said petition be disposed of without being prejudiced in any manner by the order of this court. In view of the nature of the above direction, this court is satisfied that no notice to the respondent is required.
The application stands disposed of.
