2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 431, 504, 506, 511, 109 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution case, in short, is that, owing to an accident, the mob started protesting and blocked the road. When the police tried to pacify the matter, the accused persons started

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners. Petitioners have got no concern with the alleged occurrence. The co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Bench vide order dated 02.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53794 of 2024. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Singheshwar P.S.
