Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant and others were robbed leading to registration of the First Information Report against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up subsequently on the confession of the co-accused Md. Farukh who disclosed the name of the petitioner and others as his associates. Other witnesses have suggested the name of petitioner as a person seen near the place of the occurrence.

Let learned Court below consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23052 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 Purnea.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
