JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No.57/2018 for the offences registered under Sections 8/20(B) II/A NDPS Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that 3 kg Ganza was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the quantity of 3 Kg Ganza falls in the category of small quantity. The petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
