The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 03 of 2021 dated 03.01.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 413/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. His implication in this case is on the basis of confession of one Md. Rizwan who has now been granted bail.
