The petitioners seek bail in Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 330 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are parents-in-law of the deceased. They are in custody since 21.05.2018. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The matter has already been compromised between the parties and compromise petition has been filed in the court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56612 of 2018 (2) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.)
