Petitioners are accused in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 239 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a), (b), (c), 38, 41(a),(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are innocent. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Further submission is that petitioners have no concern either with the seized vehicle or liquor. They are in custody since 04.08.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58313 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 239 of 2018.
