The petitioners are in custody in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 16.04.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioners is that on search from the possession of petitioners one loaded country made pistol and three live cartridges each were recovered.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal

No.49789 of 2019(2) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st at Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019.
