JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i). To declare the petitioner successful candidate for the post of ANM for which advertisement for appointment issued vide Annexure -1 and issuance of joining letter in favour of petitioner and acceptance of joining at the post of ANM with all consequential benefits. 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the
