2. The petitioner is custody in a case registered for the offense punishable under sections 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner along with other co-accused person came, armed with pistol and started making firing from his pistol upon the informant with intent to kill the informant after which the informant he became injured and fell down.

4. Earlier the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No.30334 of 2025 with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52712 of 2025(4) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 a liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Trial Court and the learned Trial Court may consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner, without being prejudice by the present order.

5. There is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer of bail of this petitioner and the learned Court is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible.

6. Accordingly, the present bail application of this petitioner is hereby rejected.
