These affidavits have been sworn on three different dates i.e. 05.09.2023, 12.10.2023 and 11.01.2024. Copies of the affidavits have been served upon learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. The Chief General Manager of the Insurance Company has taken a stand that all admissible claims have been paid to the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for the National Insurance Company Limited has drawn the attention of this Court towards the statements made in paragraphs '5' to '8' of the affidavit. It is stated that all the petitioners have been paid the admissible amount.

4. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this contempt application is dismissed.
