In view of limited prayer made at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate-cum-licensing authority (respondent no.3) to take a fresh decision regarding grant of licence for N.P bore rifle to the petitioner in view of appellate order dated 27.06.2013/12.08.2013 passed by the Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna as contained in Annexure-4 to the writ application on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
