2. The petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2015 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 727 of 2015 arising out of Darihat P.S. Case No. 65 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 328, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion as the petitioner was working in Chttisgarh at the relevant time.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged and the petitioner being the husband of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to him. The bail petition stands dismissed.
