2. It appears from the record that vide order dated 23.08.2024, learned counsel for the petitioners was permitted to correct the particulars with respect to Petitioner No. 2 Nila Devi @ Leela Devi in place of Nita Devi @ Leela Devi and also with respect to P.S.- Rosera in place of P.S.- Bihrha.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order dated 17.05.2024 is required to be modified accordingly and also seeks extension of time to furnish bail bonds by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61395 of 2024(3) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 petitioners.

4. As prayed for, further four weeks time from today is granted to the petitioners to furnish bail bonds in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below in terms of the order dated 17.05.2024.

5. In view of the aforesaid correction in petition, the order dated 17.05.2024 is also modified to the extent that Petitioner No. 2 be read as Nila Devi @ Leela Devi and P.S.- Rosera be read in place of Bihrha.

6. The instant Cr. Misc. petition is accordingly allowed.
