2. The present application has been filed for grant of extension of time for surrender and furnishing bail bond by modification of order dated 21.08.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 46928 of 2013 in terms of which the petitioners had been granted anticipatory bail.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail by order of this Court dated 21.08.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 46928 of 2013, but he could not surrender owing to illness and having undergone treatment for jaundice.

4. In the interest of justice, the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22764 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 dated 21.08.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 46928 of 2013 is extended by four weeks from today.
