JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i) To set aside the part of the advertisement concerned to the specification to the post of Female Economically Weaker Candidates (FEWC) as 62 vacancies to the post of
2/4 Sub-Inspector for recruitment against the Advertisement No. 01/2019 and further hold and declare that the 35% of post reserved for Economically Weaker Section candidates are 72 out of 207 posts reserved for economically weaker section candidates.
ii) For review / re-assessment / reevaluation of answer sheet (OMR sheet) of general study paper of the petitioner of the examination of Combined Main Examination (Written Examination) held on 29.11.2020 as conducted by Bihar Police Subordinate Service Commission, Bihar, Patna against the Advertisement No.
01/2019 for the recruitment of Police Sub- Inspector.
iii) To select and appoint the petitioner to the post of Police Sub-Inspector hold and declare that the petitioner has passed in the final result of the examination as conducted for the recruitment of Police Sub-Inspector because she has declared successful in the main (written) examination and her physical examination test was created wherein she qualified and further get pass was issued for the verification of the document.
iv) To direct the concerned respondent authorities to review/reassess the final
3/4 result of the petitioner in view of the marks obtained after revaluation /review/reassessment of her General Study paper-2 of mains written examination, if done by the concerned respondent authority and further the respondent concerned be directed to select her for the post of Police Sub Inspector when she get cut off marks for selection.
v) To direct the concerned respondentexamination authority to publish the question paper of general study paper of main written examination alongwith its respective answer key as proposed by the authority, which will test amounts, free and fair examination process because the question paper was supplied not to the candidates /examinees and its respective answer key was also not published.
vi) To direct the concerned respondent authorities to keep reserved one post for this petitioner during the pendency of the writ application in her respective category of female or female economically weaker section (EWS)."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of
4/4 the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
