====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-09-2016 Heard Sri Siddarth Harsh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify the order dated 25.07.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.28110 of 2016 to the extent of correcting father's name of the petitioner. By way of referring to paragraph-4 of the petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the main petition i.e. Cr.Misc.No.28110 of 2016, due to inadvertence, father's name of the petitioner was mentioned as "Sri Ramesh Singh" in place of "Harihar Singh". He submits that the said error was not intentional, but occurred due to inadvertence. In view of facts and circumstances, the present petition stands allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 25.07.2016

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36002 of 2016 (3) dt.14-09-2016 2/2 passed in Cr.Misc.No.28110 of 2016 is modified to the extent of correction of father's name of the petitioner. Accordingly, in the order dated 25.07.2016, father's name of the petitioner may be read as "Harihar Singh" as stated in the present petition, in place of "Sri Ramesh Singh".
