In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No.48 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act. Allegation has been made that the petitioner has kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purposes of marriage.

The girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, specifically stated that she has entered into the marriage with the petitioner and she has no any complaint against the present petitioner.

Case No.48 of 2016.
