2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the officials-respondents to pay compensation (award money) as marked value of the land and other amounts permissible under Section-23(1-A) and 28 of the Land Acquisition Act.

3. The petitioners are aggrieved by the amount of compensation, awarded to them and a prayer has been made for its enhancement according to the immediate marked rate.

4. The petitioners may take recourse of statutory remedy provided under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

5. If the petitioners file applications for reference under the above-mentioned provisions, the limitation shall not come into way and it shall be decided by the Collector within a period of twelve weeks from filing thereof.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
