2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Notification dated 18.01.1984 in Case No. 2/76-77 issued in favour of the wife (presently departed) of the petitioner namely Smt. Kalyani Sinha by and under the signature of the respondent Collector, Muzaffarpur; whereby and whereunder the wife of the petitioner was informed inter alia to appear on or before15.02.1984 with a certificate of no

Patna High Court CWJC No.3583 of 2017(3) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 objection from land ceiling to receive the compensation for her land proposed to be acquired under the Project Narayan College of Business Management, Muzaffarpur (hereinafter said to be the College) due to the land falling under Khesra No. 1301 under Khata No. 88, Thana No.353 situated under Mauza-Bhagwanpur, P.S.-Sadar, Muzaffarpur in the Town & District-Muzaffarpur (hereinafter referred to the land in question) and further for issuance of a consequential writ in the nature mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to declare the land in question free from any encumbrance/acquisition and/or be pleased to grant such other relief/relies for which the petitioner may be found legally entitled to be in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum/Court.
