2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42098 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that an inadvertent typographical error has crept in the anticipatory bail petition of Cr. Misc. No. 42098 of 2019 mentioning "Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019" instead of "Magadh University P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019" which was accordingly carried in the order dated 11.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42098 of 2019. A prayer has been made for correction of the said order.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the submission of the petitioner, the reference of "Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019" in the first para of the order dated 11.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 42098 of 2019 is modified and corrected to read as "Magadh University P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019".

6. The time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bond by the petitioner before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 11.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 42098 of 2019 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
