17 bottles of cough syrup each containing 100 ML in quantity is said to be recovered from Tea Stall of the petitioner and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 26.08.2016.

Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as is evident from para-3 of the petition.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Md. Zubair is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) PS Case No.442 of 2016.
